The Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager, Customer Growth & Segmentation is responsible for driving 5G Broadband growth through customer segment innovation, commercialization strategy, and market expansion initiatives. This role will identify and develop high-potential customer segments, differentiated value propositions, and targeted acquisition strategies that strengthen T-Mobile's competitive position and category leadership for our Postpaid and Prepaid broadband business.You will leverage customer insights, market intelligence, behavioral trends, and competitive analysis to develop strategic growth initiatives and bring innovative ideas from concept through commercialization. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate customer and market insights into scalable growth strategies. You will partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Brand, Pricing, Commercial Acquisition, Program Management, and CX Operations to develop and execute segment strategies that drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-obsessed marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience developing acquisition strategies, unlocking emerging customer segments, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities

Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
