The PMO Intern supports the Project Management Office by assisting with standardized project governance, reporting, and administrative processes. This role focuses on maintaining accurate project data and ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies and documentation standards. The intern will help update project dashboards, track key milestones and deliverables, coordinate recurring PMO meetings, and maintain centralized documentation. Responsibilities also include supporting status report consolidation, assisting with risk and issue logs, and ensuring data quality across project tracking tools. This internship provides hands-on exposure to PMO operations, including portfolio reporting, project lifecycle governance, and process standardization. The ideal candidate has previous PMO experience, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, tools, and structured processes in a collaborative environment. ***This is a part-time, 20 hour per week, temporary opportunity*** Essential Job Functions PMO Administration:
