Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Director, B2B Marketing & Insights for our Marketing team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to lead three interconnected practice areas - enterprise market and customer insights, marketing strategy for consultative and value-added service lines, and B2B lifecycle marketing execution. This role translates data and strategy into measurable business impact, partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Business Unit leadership to inform go-to-market strategy, identify data-driven growth targets, and drive revenue pipeline for Staffmark Group.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Lead enterprise customer and market intelligence programs, translating findings into actionable insights for executive and field audiences.
  • Develop and maintain recurring insights reporting that informs strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Guide research design, vendor management, and data quality to ensure findings are reliable and decision-ready.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for complex, long-cycle service offerings where differentiation is built on data-driven value propositions and thought leadership.
  • Develop and maintain go-to-market strategies and supporting assets for assigned service lines; collaborate with Corporate Marketing for design and execution.
  • Align marketing plans with service line leaders and Business Unit heads to support sales priorities and pipeline targets.
  • Own enterprise B2B lifecycle marketing strategy, overseeing campaign programs from content development through execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.
  • Lead and develop a direct report responsible for B2B campaign execution; set clear priorities, goals, and accountability standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with Revenue Performance, Sales Operations, and Analytics to connect marketing activity to qualified leads and measurable revenue growth.

Competencies

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in market research, B2B marketing, or integrated marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage research programs and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven track record developing B2B demand generation or lifecycle marketing programs with measurable pipeline results.
  • Experience marketing complex or consultative B2B services using thought leadership, content, and event-driven strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and executive communication skills.
