Overview

Responsible for driving the delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects that advance strategic outcomes and operational excellence. Applies advanced project management expertise to lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborates with senior stakeholders to align project execution with business priorities and portfolio strategy. Contributes to the evolution of project delivery frameworks and mentors project managers to build organizational capability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects that support enterprise priorities, business transformation, and operational excellence
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations aligned with strategic goals
  • Partner with senior business leaders to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Apply and refine project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices to drive delivery consistency and quality
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • Oversee vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring contract compliance and performance accountability
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance standards
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for project delivery challenges, facilitating resolution and executive alignment
  • Monitor and report on project performance using dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Mentor senior project managers and contribute to leadership development and delivery capability across the function
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and enabling functions to ensure business readiness and operational alignment
  • Support enterprise initiative planning and contribute to strategic prioritization and resource alignment
  • Represent the project management function in cross-functional forums and contribute to delivery strategy and capability building
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant project management experience, delivering complex cross-functional business projects.
  • Extensive experience managing complex technology projects and advising senior leaders
  • Significant knowledge of project and program management methodologies, strategic planning, and enterprise governance frameworks
  • Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional projects that support business transformation and operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans
  • Advanced leadership skills in managing teams, resolving escalations, and driving accountability without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of risk management, performance metrics, and project finance
  • Advanced skill in managing third-party vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure delivery quality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to align diverse teams and secure executive buy-in
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through lessons learned, retrospectives, and process optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Professional Certifications (e.g.,PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification)
  • Experience with enterprise portfolio planning and budgeting
