Mission of the Role
This position will work out of our new campus in Bloomington, MN (accross from Mall of America and MSP Airport). This position will work Monday - Thursday in-office, remote on Friday's with a schedule of 8am - 5pm. The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operational support for internal manual tasks. A successful Coordinator will have a positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a team environment, efficiently handling a high volume of internal Care administration tasks necessary to keep the Care team functioning at a high level to provide excellent Customer Experience. The base salary is one part of our Total Rewards package and is determined within a range.
