  • Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer (schematic capture, PCB layout, and design for manufacturability).
  • Deep knowledge of IPC PCB design standards and guidelines.
  • Experience with circuit design, signal integrity, and high-frequency PCB layout techniques.
  • Familiarity with aerospace, defense, radar, satellite, or communications systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly technical, multidisciplinary environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred).

Work Experience

  • 6-10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on high-speed digital and mixed-signal design.
  • Demonstrated experience designing PCBs/PWAs for high-frequency or aerospace applications.

Additional Job Details (Commute, Clearance, etc.)
