Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Manufacture extracted and distilled intermediates and finished products accurately and on time

  • Measure, weigh, and add raw materials using scales, flow meters, and load cells

  • Operate and monitor processing equipment including pumps, tanks, stills, and reactors in accordance with SOPs

  • Maintain clean, sanitary processing areas in compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards

  • Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures and proactively contribute to a strong safety culture

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements

  • Support department and plant needs by performing additional assigned duties

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment

  • Ability to accurately weigh ingredients and follow detailed production instructions

  • Ability to multi-task and learn new processes quickly

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle 50 kg bags and 200 kg drums

  • Ability to wear a respirator and operate a forklift

  • English fluency and willingness to work weekends as part of a regular schedule

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Previous experience in distillation or chemical processing

  • Experience using SAP, Camelot, and Marco systems

  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership potential, and desire for career advancement
