Job Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the branch operations team and ensuring the safe, efficient execution of daily production and fulfillment activities. This role manages the team responsible for manufacturing metal panels, trim, and accessories, while also coordinating staging, loading, delivery, and overall branch operational flow. The Production Supervisor helps maintain production quality, supports inventory accuracy, drives safety compliance, and ensures customer orders are completed on time and to specification. This position also requires basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs on branch equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader who is comfortable managing people, solving problems in real time, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the branch running. This role is best suited for someone who understands that operations exists to support execution: producing quality material, loading orders accurately, delivering on time, and keeping the sales team confident that what they sell can be fulfilled.
