NCM Coordinator The NCM Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the site as it relates to non-conforming material processing. Who are we? Excellent company culture - as recognized by Newsweek's Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces Clean and climate controlled working environment Opportunity for career growth Great benefits including paid vacation and sick time, 401K match, Employee Stock Purchase Program, annual bonus plan, and tuition reimbursement Job Summary Responsible for the management of nonconforming material from discovery or receipt to closure - including component level, assemblies as well as customer failures Hold regularly scheduled MRB's for components and assemblies as necessary to drive disposition Ensure NCM tags are completely filled out, entered and corresponding inventory transaction is completed Carry out disposition - return to supplier/credit, scrap/credit, rework, repair, use as is (with customer approval) as instructed by MRB Process credit transactions (pending approval by accounting) Required Skills and Qualifications HS Diploma Required Ability to learn basic component identification skills. Strong computational skills with the ability to conceptualize and understand technical reports, data, drawings, etc. Intermediate level computer proficiency, including proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects Able to work with a high level of accuracy and with minimal supervision Abilities listed in General Requirements of Team Members Preferred Skills & Qualifications Tenacity to drive issues to closure and pull in resources as necessary Problem-solving and prioritization skills Experience with outgoing shipping Experience handling incoming/outgoing RMAs (warranty/service) Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members Perform other assignments as required 2-4 years progressive experience in electronics/electrical manufacturing Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled 2222 East Pensar Drive Appleton, Wisconsin, 54911 United States
