Job Purpose and Overview The Benefits Analyst II is responsible for supporting the analysis, administration, evaluation, and implementation of Dawn's benefit programs. This role resolves moderately complex benefits issues, supports open enrollment and vendor management activities, and helps ensure benefits processes and communications are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Benefits Analyst collaborates with the internal Benefits team, Team Members, the People Support Team, Partners, and external vendors or consultants to provide outstanding customer service, ensure data accuracy, and drive ongoing improvements. Remote/Hybrid Work Eligibility & Travel Requirements: This is a hybrid role based out of the Home Office in Jackson, MI, requiring on-site presence up to 3 days per week.
