Overview Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Athletic Training Recruiter to join our established internal Corporate Talent Acquisition team to support the hiring and staffing efforts for our nationwide military health and human performance programs. This opportunity is ideal for Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) who are passionate about the profession and interested in transitioning into a rewarding recruiting and talent acquisition career while continuing to support fellow athletic trainers nationwide. In this role, you will leverage your athletic training background, professional network, and understanding of the AT profession to recruit Certified Athletic Trainers supporting our rapidly growing military health and human performance programs across the country. You'll partner directly with program leadership and recruiting teammates to identify, engage, and hire high-quality ATCs who help improve soldier readiness, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall performance for our nation's active-duty military personnel.
