Job Description Responsible for day-to-day activities of Bank Card Services; answers phone calls from customers and co-workers to provide information and assistance accordingly; provides support to the Bank Card/ATM Analyst and Supervisor by performing the following duties.Word Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years banking or related experience. Compliance Requirements Responsible for complianceunder therequirements of the BSA, AML, OFAC and CIP related policies as well as adherence to the bank's procedures to fulfill the requirements of the regulations. Must report any unusual or suspicious activity involving customers or fellow employees to the BSA Department.
