Job Summary

The Warehouse Associateis responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, pulling, and preparing materials for shipment or customer pickup. The role requires forklift operation, order picking, inventory handling, and loading trucks while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and performing physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities



  • Put away inbound materials accurately and efficiently
  • Pull truck orders and customer pickup orders according to company procedures
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and order picker equipment safely
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material handling procedures
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
  • Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures during all warehouse activities
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 year of recent warehouse experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of sit-down forklift and order picker experience required
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet
  • Forklift operator experience required
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory operations preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and warehouse procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Work Experience



  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or material handling preferred
  • Experience in positions such as warehouse associate, receiving associate, order picker, pipe yard associate, or related warehouse roles is beneficial
