We are currently seeking a Technology Advisor - toleadand/orsupport ourEnterprise accounts business development and pursuit teams in our Americas Markets businesses inbringingour technologies to help differentiate at the point of sale and to support our transition teams in client implementation of our technology

AsaTechnology Advisor, you willserve asatechnologyand data product subject matter expertandpresent customized solutions to clients,collect client feedback andinformpositioning and marketing of products. Thisopportunityis a player-coach role that will both lead/manageothers anddirectly support business development and pursuits.

This individual must be comfortable presenting tohigh-leveldecision makers, demonstrating key functions of our technology applications, and collaborating with our pursuit teams, function partners, salesenablementteams, delivery teams, and product management teams. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high impact sales environment.

What this job involves:

AsTechnology Advisor - Enterprise Accounts, the role will be evaluated on internal and externalclient satisfaction, team performance andincreasing win rates andmarket share.Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pitches and RFP pursuits..
  • Seamlessly present JLL's technologies, communicate latest product roadmaps and demonstrate value propositions during the sales process to win business.
  • Demonstrate and teach best practices for preparing and delivering demonstrations of JLLT's products with a focus on data, storytelling andresearch.
  • Assist in the development of RFP responses and/or pitch content including technical responses, discovery questions, solution design, example deliverables, system graphics, presentations and/or pricing across JLLT product teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitiveProptechlandscape through research and industry events.
  • Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise JLLT's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
  • Regularly meet withkey stakeholderstocollectvoice of the client feedbackon JLL'ssolutions & document findings
  • Measureand benchmarksuccess metrics. Use data toimprove theperformanceof a team ofTechnologySales Advisors.Generate reports and communicateprogresstowards goalsto key stakeholders.
  • Createand execute aprofessional development plan fora team ofTechnologySales Advisors that includespresentation skills,understanding buyer personas,executive communication andbuilding relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Contributeto Marketingand Sales EnablementStrategies and sales campaigns with JLL and JLLT'sMarketing Teams.
  • Understand commercial real estate fundamentals including supply and demand data, leverage research and useeconomic, demographic and other inputs to align technology withabuyer's needs.
  • Identify opportunitiesinMarkets Clients to engage JLLT Sales team

Primary Responsibilities:

AsTechnology Lead - Sales Enablement, you will also be responsible fortraining and on-boarding newTechnologySalesAdvisors,creating standards, guidelines, methodologies, documenting processes and governance protocols within the team.

Required

  • Subject Matter Expertise in the business domains of the assigned business line is REQUIRED.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED.
  • 10+years of relevant/professional experience relatedisREQUIRED.
  • Past success in sales or client facing role isREQUIRED.
  • Past success in buildinghigh performance technical sales or sales enablement teams is REQUIRED.
  • Simplifies complex information and clearly articulatesideas.
  • Strongindustry knowledge and a desire to learn more about commercial real estate technology.
  • Strong business growth mindsetthat can translate client requests to make impactful recommendations that meet client needs, tell a story that eloquently translates data.
  • You demonstrate the ability to think creatively, sell consultatively, proactively problem solve and efficiently communicate internally andexternally.
  • You are passionate about digital strategy and growing within the salesorganization.
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and are eager to further refine and develop theseskills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed orientedenvironment.
  • You have excellent dexterity in Excel and PowerPoint and have experience working withinaCRMsystem.

Preferred

  • A Business or Marketing Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution PREFERED.

Estimated compensation for this position:

125,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
