Group/Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets - with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across a diverse facilities portfolio.

Review electrical designs for capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and critical facility improvements to support consistency, quality, and compliance.

Guide technical strategy for power distribution, UPS, generators, transfer systems, and other critical power infrastructure.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve resiliency, operational readiness, and long-term facility performance.

Support renewable energy and electrification initiatives, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and utility coordination where relevant.

Translate technical requirements into clear standards, design guidance, and executive-ready summaries.

Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of spares demand planners, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.

  • Learn and apply product expertise across New Product Introduction (NPI), Volume Manufacturing, and Mature Product Lifecycles to ensure the optimal spares inventory is planned and stocked at the right place at the right time to support our global customers.

  • Own endtoend spares demand planning execution for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment between installed base trends, failure behavior, and business priorities.

  • Translate highlevel business objectives and service targets into actionable demand plans that drive inventory, replenishment, and repair strategies.

  • Monitor and report on metrics and KPIs such as fill rate performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy. Continuously conduct Root Cause / Corrective Action analyses to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Supply Planning, Product Support Organization (PSO), Services Operations, Finance, and Regional stakeholders to understand critical planning inputs, align plans, communicate risk, and resolve demandsupply gaps.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex demand issues, including ramps, part transitions, nonrecurring demand, and forecast anomalies.

  • Drive continuous improvement of demand planning processes, data quality, planning assumptions, process & governance documentation and system usage.

  • Support and influence crossfunctional forums and governance routines (e.g., spares master schedule reviews, exception approvals, and Executive readouts).

  • Ensure planning methodologies appropriately balance customer availability, cost, and risk, leveraging historical demand patterns, installed base data, relevant insights, and forwardlooking signals.

  • Provide clear, concise communication of demand insights, risks, and trade offs to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or a related analytical role.

  • 2+ years of experience managing or supervising employees, or demonstrated experience leading teams and workstreams.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing demand plans that directly impact inventory, service levels, and financial performance.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting concepts.

  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fastpaced environment with competing priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executivelevel presentations.

  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.

  • Partner with Advanced Analytics Teams to develop sophisticated analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven, fast and effective decision making.

  • Champion standard work, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the planning organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading or mentoring planners in a complex, matrixed supply chain environment.

  • Demonstrated ability in supply chain operations and improvements in sophisticated manufacturing environment; strong preference for experience in semiconductor equipment industry or other complex, high-mix/ low-volume products

  • Strong understanding of service spares or aftermarket planning concepts, including installed base-driven demand, failure behavior, repair loops, and lifecycle transitions.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and translate analysis into business decisions.

  • Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and data visualization or analytics tools.

  • Track record of influencing crossfunctional partners without direct authority.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; or equivalent work experience

Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $74,700.00 - $109,567.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-AZ-Phoenix-KLA
