Essential Job Duties
The Temporary Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the department. This position supports department and center students, faculty, staff, and visitors by processing financial and administrative transactions, including vouchers, Pcard reconciliations, travel authorizations and reimbursements, lab and center orders, and receivables tracking. The role also serves as the department's front desk liaison, delivering professional customer service and ensuring efficient daily operations through strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm

Minimum Experience/Education

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Prior office or business experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management systems preferred
