This position supports department and center students, faculty, staff, and visitors by processing financial and administrative transactions, including vouchers, Pcard reconciliations, travel authorizations and reimbursements, lab and center orders, and receivables tracking. The role also serves as the department's front desk liaison, delivering professional customer service and ensuring efficient daily operations through strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsiveness. |
