Job Summary

The Product Analyst supports product discovery, planning, and delivery by providing research, data analysis, and structured insights that inform product vision, priorities, and roadmap decisions. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to evaluate early concepts, validate assumptions, and translate complex problems into clear requirements and actionable user stories. The Product Analyst contributes throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring decisions are grounded in customer needs and business impact. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support product discovery and planning by conducting research and delivering insights that inform product vision and roadmap priorities.
  • Partner with Product Management to evaluate early-stage ideas and assist in validating hypotheses using data and AI-assisted prototyping.
  • Translate complex business and customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and exploratory concepts.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to refine requirements and support transition from concept to build-ready specifications.
  • Contribute to the full product lifecycle, including ideation, development support, launch, and post-launch analysis.
  • Synthesize customer feedback, market research, usability findings, and support data into actionable insights.
  • Define and track product success metrics under guidance, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs related to scope, timeline, and customer impact, escalating when appropriate.
  • Prepare clear product documentation, dashboards, updates, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain and manage work items using tools such as JIRA or similar project management systems.
  • Support ongoing improvement of product processes through documentation and continuous learning.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product analysis, product operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience working effectively within both business and engineering environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accountability in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and agile workflows.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into structured documentation and actionable insights.


Work Experience



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, product operations, or similar roles required.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product development environments required.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
