Job Summary
The Client Loyalty Programs Specialist supports the execution and ongoing administration of customer loyalty programs, ensuring accurate account management, effective program communications, and smooth operational processes. This role collaborates across multiple teams to coordinate outreach initiatives, manage documentation, process rebates, and support program reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and customer engagement standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute outreach activities to engage program participants and support loyalty program growth.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Organize, maintain, and manage program-related documentation and records.
- Process rebates in accordance with established program guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Support the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program communications, including emails and informational materials.
- Track program metrics and assist with reporting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and legal to support program execution and issue resolution.
- Maintain databases and ensure accuracy of program-related data and documentation.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests.
- Assist with event coordination, logistics, and program-related initiatives as needed.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for large-scale customer programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 2-3 years of experience in loyalty programs, account management, or related operational roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including tools for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and legal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and program management tools preferred.
- Experience with document management, rebate processing, and compliance processes preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with initiative.
- Ability to manage projects ranging from small to large customer groups and maintain accuracy under scale.
Work Experience
- Experience in loyalty programs, customer account management, or program operations required.
- Experience supporting communications, outreach initiatives, or marketing operations preferred.
- Experience working in corporate, B2B, or B2C environments preferred.
- Experience coordinating events, logistics, or multi-project workflows preferred.
