Summary: The Program Manager (PSSD MSA) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staffing, and administrative management of Medical Support Assistant (MSA) services supporting the Patient Support Services Department (PSSD) at the NIH Clinical Center. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Contractor and Government representatives to ensure continuous staffing coverage, contract compliance, high-quality customer service, and effective support of inpatient, outpatient, admissions, and patient support service areas. The Program Manager oversees recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, employee performance, and operational support in a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on patient care and clinical research.
