Position Summary
The Business Operations Administrator role supports executive leadership across Clinical and Surgical Services through financial reporting, dashboard development, variance analysis, and operational data management. The position serves as a key liaison between Finance, HR, IT, and administrative teams, requiring strong Excel and analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates will be evaluated and placed at Level I or Level II based on experience, competencies, and alignment with career ladder criteria. Level I- Business Operations Administrator I Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or closely related and 3 years of relevant experience Salary Range: $83,242-$133,193 Typical Responsibilities:
Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or closely related and at least 4 to 5 year's experience in analytical initiatives designed to facilitate operations/performance improvement in complex healthcare organizations. Experience with finance, knowledge management, and clinical operations are desirable. Salary Range: $93,538-$149,656 Typical Responsibilities:
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
