Specialist, Middle Office Representative

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Trade Support Specialist to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Provide middle-office trade support services to investment management clients, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing and settlement

* Maintain reference and static data and produce client reporting to support investment operations

* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (including brokers and custodians) to resolve potential or actual issues and support client objectives

* Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate updates to existing client books of work

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred

* 1-2 years of total work experience preferred; training provided and no prior financial services experience required

* Experience in trade processing, accounting support, or the mutual fund industry preferred

* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow complex procedures and manage risk effectively

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
