Description Job Title: Advanced Quality Inspector Location: Scottsdale, AZ Employment Type: Contract Industry: Defense Compensation: $32.68 (First shift) What You'll Do: Inspect parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment for compliance with quality standards and specifications Perform real-time defect evaluation and support corrective action verification Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation and inspection records Set up and perform electronic and mechanical test configurations Collaborate with internal teams, coworkers, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues About the Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Advanced Quality Inspector to support complex manufacturing and inspection operations in a high-tech production environment. APPLY TODAY Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred 4+ years of directly related quality inspection experience What Sets You Apart: Experience with ESD control, workmanship standards, GD&T, statistics, and process control techniques Experience setting up electronic and/or mechanical test configurations Certifications or experience with J-STD-001, J-STD-002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and X-Ray qualification processes may be required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in team environments Strong adaptability and openness to process improvements and change initiatives Commitment to ongoing professional development Interest in leveraging AI and continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality processes Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check Overtime requirements may apply based on business needs After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
