The Access Center Trainer plays a key leadership role in a high-volume inbound call center, responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting staff to ensure efficient patient access operations. This position focuses on onboarding new employees, delivering ongoing education, and maintaining staff competency in workflows, systems, and documentation standards. The role includes evaluating performance, providing coaching to address skill gaps, and ensuring compliance with required trainings. While primarily dedicated to training and development (80%), the position also supports daily operations through patient call handling (20%), helping maintain workflow accuracy and service quality in a fast-paced environment

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of Call Center experience required. Identification as a Lead Access Center associate required.
