Household Worker/Child Care Provider Needed

Duties: Worker will perform household support services including cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and general household organization. Child care responsibilities include supervising daily activities, maintaining routines, monitoring play, and providing attentive care to the employer’s children throughout the workday. Position requires comfort working in a household environment that includes dogs and chickens, while maintaining attention to household and child care responsibilities. Employee may be required to accompany the family on occasional travel between Kansas, Colorado, and Massachusetts.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of childcare experience required. Minimum 9 months of training in early child development required. Applicant must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, sound judgment, discretion, organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Schedule: Minimum 40 hours per week. Standard work hours are 12: 0 p.m. to 8: 00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional schedule flexibility may be required based on household operations and travel needs.

Compensation: $22.17 per hour or $46,114 annually, as applicable.
