As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Saint Peters, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and a people-first mindset to every shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries, following post orders and reporting policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support site operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate daily activity logs, and helping to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or disruptions to normal business activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
