How youwillmake an Impact(Job Summary) SPX is adiverseteam of unique individuals who all make an impact.As theFabrication Manager,you will be akey operations leaderfor the production facility inMadison,AL.Your responsibilities willinclude lead, mentor, and developagroup ofSupervisorsassigned tothree different shifts who are managinghourly production employees; this toensure efficient operations,maintainhigh safety standards, deliver qualityproducts, and achieve on-time deliveryto internaland externalcustomers. Maintains two-way communication between team members and plant leadership team.The successfulFabricationManagerwill have strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, a passion for operational excellence, andexperience driving continuous improvement.
