Description A Desktop Support position providing technical assistance to staff, managing computer hardware/software, and resolving network issues. System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners). Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize disruption in clinical or administrative areas. User Support: Provide technical assistance for operating systems and software applications used within the hospital system. Documentation: Log all support requests and actions taken within a ticketing system Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Experience with desktop hardware/software troubleshooting is usually required, often with specialized experience required for higher-level positions (e.g., Specialist II). Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network configuration. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective communication with healthcare providers and staff. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Flint, MI.
