Make an Impact Where It Grows

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our seed and turf solutions business within a defined territory. In this role, you'll work directly with customers across construction, landscaping, sports turf, golf, and retail-helping them succeed with high-quality products and expert recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow a profitable territory by developing strong relationships with contractors, golf courses, sports field managers, and retail partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through consultative selling and cross-selling strategies
  • Deliver tailored recommendations on seed, erosion control, hydromulching, and soil solutions based on customer needs and site conditions
  • Execute innovative sales strategies, pricing programs, and promotions that drive growth and market share
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to stay ahead of trends and strengthen your network
  • Resolve customer challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer records
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver training, product support, and seamless customer experiences

What You Bring

  • A passion for sales, relationship-building, and delivering value to customers
  • 4+ years of experience in seed, turf, agriculture, or a related industry (or equivalent experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Turf Management, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your territory independently
  • Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools to drive efficiency
