Job Title: Project Controls Coordinator II
Job Duration: 12 Months Job Location: Houston, TX 77079 Description: * Develop project control Plan. Develop project estimate, control budget and WBS structure. * Track and monitor forecast at completion, incurred cost and budget. Provide variance analysis and explanation. * Liaise with stakeholders to ensure engagement with the project progress, changes, highlights, and issues. Communicate the status and issues with execution and construction team. * Proactively report cost status and efficiently communicate any risk and mitigation plan * Update actual progress, project milestones, and completion dates * Implement Earned Value Management. Ensure accurate CPI and Earned Value curve are reported. * Implement change management. Initiate PCOs, Trends and AFE revisions. Support on the supplemental funding request. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Post-secondary education in engineering or construction. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project controls * Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work with a minimum level of supervision * Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a team environment * Computer skills using Oracle, Power BI and Microsoft Office products specifically Excel | |
