"My Staffmark recruiter is so kind, she has an excellent attitude and can focus on my needs" - Hilario, Staffmark Associate Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of paint and phosphate treatment lines to maximize uptime and efficiency Ensure proper coating application and process controls that meet quality and production standards Supervise team members performing light assembly and production tasks Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues Use digital systems for production monitoring, process control, and performance tracking Maintain schedule adherence, labor tracking, and production goals Enforce OSHA, environmental, and PPE compliance Perform safety audits, risk assessments, and employee training Monitor product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions Support lean manufacturing initiatives to improve workflow and reduce waste Coach, train, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team Coordinate across departments to improve operations Manage ERP inventory transactions for coatings, chemicals, tools, and PPE Monitor material usage and support timely replenishment Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or technical certification preferred 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing Experience with coatings, painting, phosphate treatment, or assembly operations preferred Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience with ERP systems, digital reporting tools, and inventory controls preferred Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
