Your strategic vision will directly influence how campaigns come to life, ensuring they are not only creative but also deeply effective and aligned with core business objectives. **What You'll Do:** * Collaborate closely with creative teams (design, copy, studio) to ensure concepts and assets are perfectly aligned with the overarching strategy, without personally creating the assets.
* Lead the development of innovative creative strategies, comprehensive campaigns, and engaging content plans across diverse channels, including digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to continuously refine brief development, creative strategies, and conceptual approaches.
* Provide essential support to marketing partners, assisting in the creation of robust creative briefs and strategic documentation that effectively guide creative teams (designers, writers, producers) and other key stakeholders.
* Present compelling strategic proposals and campaign concepts to internal stakeholders, clearly articulating rationale, anticipated outcomes, and securing crucial alignment.
* Orchestrate and lead cross-functional kick-off meetings for all creative campaigns, ensuring a unified start.
* Guarantee seamless alignment between media strategies and marketing objectives for every campaign creative strategy.
* Oversee creative campaigns from initial strategy and concept through to final delivery, ensuring strict adherence to the brief, business objectives, brand voice, and established timelines.
* Mentor and provide invaluable guidance to more junior strategists, offering constructive feedback, clear direction, and unwavering support to foster their growth.
* Continuously monitor industry and media trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and explore emerging channels to inform and enhance creative strategy, drive innovation, and establish differentiation.
* Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, analytics, design, and other teams to ensure integrated, cohesive, and high-quality output across all initiatives. **What You'll Need:** * 7+ years of progressive experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, or similar roles, gained either in an agency or in-house environment.
* Demonstrated strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills, with a proven ability to generate original, high-impact ideas firmly grounded in business objectives and user insights.
* Solid analytical capabilities, comfortable working with complex data, adept at interpreting performance metrics, deriving actionable insights, and leveraging data to inform strategic creative decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of constructing compelling decks and briefs, and presenting strategically to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* A proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-channel, multi-stakeholder campaigns, consistently delivering on time and achieving defined objectives.
* Proficiency in managing stakeholder and Creative leadership feedback, adept at resolving conflicts, and providing clear direction to creative teams on how to effectively integrate feedback.
* Experience managing creative leadership review cycles and facilitating feedback processes efficiently.
