Your Job

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced primary IT leader for Cellulose with ownership & accountability to Cellulose outcomes enabled by technology both through the direct teams and other IT capability teams.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise ERP and other digital platforms supporting Georgia Pacific Cellulose and related businesses.

The position owns delivery, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the Infor M3 ecosystem and all other adjacent platforms spanning supply chain, logistics, finance, analytics, manufacturing and regulatory compliance.

The leader serves as a primary technology partner to the business, accountable for translating business strategy and regulatory obligations into scalable, reliable, and cost effective technology solutions.

The role balances hands on technical depth with people leadership, vendor management, and executive level decision support, applying PBM principles to drive long term value creation.

Our team is a cross-functional group of analysts, architects, and engineers focused on partnering with our key Cellulose stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our GP Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. It requires 3 days in office per week.

This role is not open to VISA Sponsorship or potential VISA Transfer now or in the future. If you are currently a VISA holder including EAD, this role is not open to support.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end to end technical delivery and sustainment of the Infor M3 ERP landscape and all other digital platforms, including logistics (YMS/RMS, KBX Track), analytics (dEPM), integrations (MuleSoft/ION), and manufacturing/operations systems
  • Build relationships and trust along with effectiveness in influencing partners (across business and technology) to advance and enable shared outcomes
  • Provide architectural and technical oversight across development, integration, security, infrastructure, and application support Communicate effectively to business partners, IT Teams and leadership on status, risks and roadblocks, and aid team members to overcome obstacles
  • Translate business needs, operational risks, and regulatory deadlines into clear delivery plans, trade off decisions, and investment recommendations Execute against a prioritized backlog to deliver highest value initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for digital driven value delivery within scope, simplifying engagement and accelerating outcomes Conduct direct engagement with vendors for issue resolutions, enhancements and escalations
  • Lead and govern complex, cross functional delivery efforts across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with operational stability
  • Lead a global, multi disciplinary team of developers, analysts, architects, and platform specialists operating in a hybrid delivery model
  • Coach and develop talent to maximize contribution, technical depth, and leadership capability, with a focus on building future leaders

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Extensive experience leading ERP delivery and sustainment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams while remaining conversant in architecture, integrations and operational realities
  • Proven experience connecting technology decisions to operational performance, risk management and financial outcomes
  • Experience operating in complex, asset-intensive, operations-driven environments (i.e. manufacturing, logistics or regulated industries)
  • Experience with stakeholder communication and proven experience in influencing to include executive-level strategy definition, escalation and decision framing
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Infor M3 and adjacent enterprise platforms (i.e. supply chain, logistics, analytics, integrations)
  • Experience operating in a cellulose business or similar manufacturing business
