The Sr. Sourcing Manager drives sourcing operations that build strategic supplier partnerships focused on cost, reliability, and risk management. Leads negotiations and contracting using structured processes, while partnering cross-functionally to define material, quality, and service requirements. Manages supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards, identifies and qualifies new sources, and leverages market intelligence to anticipate pricing and supply trends.
