As an Associate Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring parts availability, resolving backorders, and supporting efficient operations across dealer and port facilities-all while building valuable experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Hours and Pay



  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $47,273.00 - $69,727.67 annually (hourly, non-exempt)
  • Travel: Minimal (up to 10%)

Daily Responsibilities



  • Review and manage dealer backorders, providing daily updates and resolution tracking
  • Expedite parts orders to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery to ports and dealers
  • Process inventory transfers to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shortages
  • Monitor and resolve port install errors and discrepancies
  • Create and manage weekly replenishment plans for inventory
  • Place supply orders to ensure a stable and consistent parts pipeline
  • Collaborate with ports to review and resolve operational issues
  • Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support KPIs, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the accessory supply chain


Requirements



  • High School Diploma required
  • 0-1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, or a related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency with basic computer applications (spreadsheets, word processing)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
