What's the role? The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the generation of new business sales and profits (P&L) in a specific territory. Commits to an annual sales plan, writes specific objectives and forecasts orders and expected revenue on a monthly basis. The Regional Sales Manager must develop excellent product knowledge and an awareness of market conditions. Must report on his/her activities weekly and must represent the company in keeping with the highest standards of business ethics and professionalism. Compensation & Earning Potential Base Salary: $60,000 annually Target Earnings: Approximately $200,000 annually when achieving performance objectives under the sales compensation plan. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance, territory opportunity, business conditions, and plan terms. Compensation is not guaranteed and may be higher or lower than target earnings.
