Position Overview Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sr. Manager, Real Estate that will be a key to the company's continued growth. They will collaborate with the leaders of the organization to build and execute both short and long-term strategies. The primary role of the Real Estate Manager is to manage a Real Estate portfolio made up of over 200 globally owned/lease sites, as well as identify new locations in key geographic regions for Regal Rexnord. The Real Estate Manager is involved with relocations, renewals, closures, and disposition of excess/idle properties. Other responsibilities include market and field research, site selection, financial pro forma modeling to calculate IRR's and NPV's, construction and legal process required for lease approvals, broker management, landlord relationships, ad hoc analysis, reporting, and more.
