The Gartner C-Level Communities (GCC) Production Experience Lead will drive operational enhancements for the Gartner C-level Communities (GCC) portfolio of events, with a primary focus on elevating the in-room content experience and bringing the GCC value proposition to life onsite at community events around the world. This role is responsible for standardizing event delivery, developing assets, and ensuring brand alignment to deepen engagement, strengthen loyalty, and accelerate growth. The Events Experience Lead will work cross-functionally with community, marketing and logistics teams to deliver consistent, world-class experiences that reinforce Gartner's reputation and value.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the standardization and execution of the in-room experience for all GCC conferences, ensuring a global consistency and an exceptional attendee experience

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop new processes to ensure flawless execution of on-site experiences

  • Develop, maintain, and implement event assets, guides, and templates to support consistent delivery, brand alignment and enhance the overall content experience of the onsite experience

  • Partner with marketing to ensure all on-site event touchpoints reflect the GCC value proposition and brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams to reinforce GCC's market presence, key messages and customer loyalty

  • Establish and implement a GCC branding guidebook and unified key messages for all onsite event elements

  • Deliver training and resources to internal and external partners, ensuring globally consistent onsite delivery

  • Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders and community members to drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives for an enhanced attendee experience

  • Standardize event processes and run-of-show documentation for scalable, globally consistent execution

  • Support the implementation of best practices and operational improvements across the GCC portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5-7+ years' experience in conference management, conference project management, content production, event production or related fields

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with agency and vendor management

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer and community experiences

  • Strong process improvement and documentation abilities

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail

  • Executive presence and confident decision-making

  • Willingness to travel as required

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 81,000 USD - 122,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
