As a Security Officer High Visibility Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support guests, staff, and daily operations with professionalism, while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $26.79 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and notifying the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and public areas, report unusual activity, and/or assist with directing guests and visitors in accordance with site protocols.
• Support hospitality operations by assisting with disturbances, escort requests, and other security-related matters while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
