Position: Manager, Central Processing Operations Department: Central Processing Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours, Rotating POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Operations Director of Sterile Processing, the Central Processing Manager maintains 24-hour operational responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all clinical and management activities of the Central Processing Department. This role provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental philosophy and goals, with a focus on customer relationship management for owned clinics and affiliated community health centers (CHCs). The Manager collaborates with area leaders to assess and respond to customer servicing needs across the network and serves as cross-coverage support for departmental leadership as operationally required. Compensation Range: $66,000.00- $96,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
