Description and Requirements

The Change Management Analyst supports the delivery of change management activities for business, technology, and organizational initiatives. This role partners with program managers, project teams, and stakeholders to help ensure employees are informed, prepared, and supported through change. It is an ideal role for someone building foundational experience in change management and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities


Change Support & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of change management plans under the guidance of a program manager
  • Assist with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness activities
  • Help identify potential risks and resistance to change and escalate insights as needed

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, HR, communications, and business teams
  • Support leaders and managers with change-related materials and messaging
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to understand stakeholder needs

Communications & Engagement

  • Assist in creating change communications such as emails, presentations, FAQs, and intranet content
  • Track communication delivery and support feedback collection
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and audience-appropriate

Training & Enablement

  • Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and materials
  • Support training sessions and learning reinforcement activities
  • Help maintain training documentation and user support resources

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track basic change metrics (e.g., training completion, communication reach, feedback results)
  • Assist with surveys, feedback analysis, and reporting
  • Support post-implementation reviews and documentation of lessons learned

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, HR, communications, project coordination, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or system implementations
  • Familiarity with change management concepts or methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Experience using collaboration and project tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational and attentiontodetail skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Basic analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Professional curiosity and growth mindset
