Air Dimensions Inc (ADI), a subsidiary of Ingersoll-Rand, Inc since 2021. is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Inside Technical Sales Representative for our Deerfield Beach, FL office. For more than 40 years, ADI has designed and manufactured specialized oil-free, contamination-free, and leak-free diaphragm gas pumps and compressors for industries like petrochemical, environmental, and power generation with high-precision, durable sampling pumps for hazardous and safe areas. Job Overview: The Inside Technical Sales Specialist is an integral part of a dynamic and a highly communicative cross-functional team environment working together to build a premier customer experience and drive high single digit to low double digit year over year profitable growth. This position involves detailed interaction with internal and external customers working closely with the engineering, operations and global commercial teams and provides technical expertise and support to customers and commercial teams, ensuring successful product selection, troubleshooting and post-sale satisfaction. This role blends deep technical knowledge, especially in pumps and motors, with strong sales support and customer service skills. High level responsibilities will include performing initial lead follow up, answering initial technical questions from our global sales channels, manage customer supply portals, provide quote support, provide RMA support and communications, support service kits and standard inquiries.
