Summary: The Administrator of Mid Coast Senior Health provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care services. In partnership with the Senior Director of Post Acute Operations, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, driving growth through marketing efforts, and ensuring the highest standards of quality care and customer experience across all senior living services. The Administrator leads and supports staff, serves as a trusted resource for residents and families, and acts as a key liaison to community partners and contracted agencies. This role ensures full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care communities. As a vital member of the MaineHealth Post Acute Division leadership team, the Administrator also oversees financial performance, supports public relations efforts, and works to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care.
