Security Officer Patrol Driver Associate

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Associate in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a prestigious financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help discourage security-related incidents through a visible presence. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and support daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues through required reporting channels.
• Support closing and opening routines, observe alarm or camera activity when assigned, and complete detailed incident reports, logs, and/or other site-required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
