Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized activity, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of shipping and receiving activity, and assisting with site-specific security-related procedures during shift operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
