As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Working with integrity and teamwork, you will support daily operations in a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require security-related attention.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and support compliance with location rules for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Prepare clear reports on patrol activity, incidents, and/or maintenance or security-related concerns, and relay information to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
