To support this transformation, we're seeking a Partnership and Activation Manager to help bring to life Microsoft's partnerships - focusing on best-in-class technology implementation and executing exciting and impactful storytelling that showcases innovation and achieves business impact among the partner's fans. As part of this role, you will focus on coordinating day to day workflows across partners, agencies and internal stakeholders. You'll help keep campaigns on track by managing timelines, follow ups, and approvals. If you have experience with partnership management, project management, campaigns, go-to-market, or some combination of the four, you would be a good fit for this role.

Responsibilities
    • Support external relationships with sports organizations ensuring effective delivery of partnership objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal engineering teams or agencies to deliver transformational technology with the partner.
    • Develop activation plans to drive awareness of partnership and build product consideration/adoption through storytelling and tech engagement.
    • Execute against rights and assets within partnership agreements.
    • Support the development and execution of partnership campaigns and activations from briefing to partner engagement to delivery and reporting.
    • Develop briefs and establish and maintain work back schedules
    • Support creative reviews
    • Facilitate internal and partner approvals
    • Deliver assets to channels on time
    • Support reporting and insights delivery
    • Execute optimizations
    • Support reporting by collecting inputs, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) performance, and documenting learnings for optimization and greater impact.
    • Drive visibility internally of partnerships and establish regular cadence of engagement to ensure companywide utilization.
    • Manage budget ensuring adherence to all targets compliance with procurement policies, and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field
      • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign, etc.), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
    • 1+ year(s) sponsorship activation, integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • Partnership or Sponsorship management experience
    • Campaign development and execution experience with a focus on measurable impact analysis
    • Project management experience
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally

Integrated Marketing IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $68,300 - $137,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $93,200 - $151,200 per year.
