What You'll Be Doing: Lead, coach, and develop Application Engineers. Manage execution across multiple customer projects. Resolve customer escalations and drive solutions. Standardize integration reviews and engagement best practices. Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for improvements. Track metrics and optimize team processes. The Impact You Will Have: Enhance adoption of Synopsys Interface IP products. Enable successful customer design integrations. Boost customer satisfaction and support innovation. Strengthen Synopsys' market position. Drive next-generation product development. What You'll Need: Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering. 15+ years in SoC/ASIC development and technical leadership. Experience with PCIe/Ethernet protocols. Hands-on simulation, synthesis, STA expertise. Strong team leadership and customer support skills. Who You Are: Creative, results-oriented, and collaborative. Excellent communicator and problem solver. Willing to travel for key engagements no more than 15% of the time.
