Job Description Key Responsibilities * Perform laptop and desktop refresh activities, including hardware installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting. * Provide on-site technical support. * Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work. * Collaborate closely with IT team members to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed. * Ensure all work complies with hospital policies, procedures, and security standards. * Support IT initiatives such as deployments, upgrades, and hardware replacements. Qualifications * CompTIA A+ certification * If you are working towards your A+ that will also work. * Proven experience in a field services or technical support role. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with medical and non-technical staff. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred. * Previous experience supporting IT in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Working Conditions * Must be able to lift, move, and install computer equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals). Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
