You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our customers' journey, ensuring a seamless transition and fostering strong relationships through effective onboarding of our Trimble Construction One platform. What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the primary architect of a customer's first impression, owning the pivotal transition from sales to active product adoption. You will have the unique opportunity to shape and mature our Customer Onboarding practice for the Trimble Construction One platform, directly influencing long-term retention and driving innovation in how we deliver customer-centric solutions across North America.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Spearhead the execution of personalized onboarding plans, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature to active product adoption.

  • Partner with customers to co-create and maintain Success Plans that define clear goals, objectives, and actionable milestones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to optimize the onboarding journey and resolve potential risks to customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure onboarding success and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying resources and best practices that empower customers to achieve superior business outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a SaaS environment.
  • You possess a deep understanding of Customer Success principles and best practices for client engagement.
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate a high degree of ownership and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience developing and refining customer journeys specifically for construction or enterprise software.
  • Advanced proficiency in SalesForce and/or Gainsight for tracking customer health and project status.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others on onboarding best practices.

  • Travel Requirement: 10%

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
