As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Access Control in Manchester, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. At a busy logistics and distribution location, our Security Officers help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and conduct routine patrols to support a secure environment. This role calls for strong customer service and communication while helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and operational spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the perimeter, entrances, dock areas, and parking areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Maintain detailed logs of visitor activity, vehicle movement, and/or access events, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
